Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Onepath AI Technologies, Inc. ("Onepath", "we") and the company or person using Clair ("you"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using Clair, you agree to them. If you use Clair on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. If a signed agreement between you and Onepath covers Clair, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
The service
Clair is an AI analyst for home-services contractors. She reads the business systems you connect, answers questions, produces charts and reports, runs the reports you schedule, and proposes actions that run only after a person approves them. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
- Account owners and admins decide who has access and which systems are connected.
- You must be authorized to connect each system you connect, and to let Clair read its data on your behalf.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to access, process and store it only as needed to provide Clair to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. You can disconnect a system at any time, which deletes the credentials we hold for it.
AI-generated output
Clair's answers, forecasts, charts and reports are generated by AI from your data. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are information to support your decisions, not financial, accounting, tax, legal or employment advice. Check important figures against the source system before you act on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for any action you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clair to break the law or another party's rights; to access data you are not authorized to access; to probe, overload or interfere with the service or other customers' accounts; to reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it; or to resell the service without our written agreement.
Third-party systems
Clair connects to services run by others, such as ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online, Slack and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for them, and their availability affects what Clair can do. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Clair is not endorsed or certified by Intuit unless we say so explicitly.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described in your order or on the pricing we give you. Fees are due as stated there and are non-refundable except where the law or your order says otherwise. We will give notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.
Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Clair and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use puts the service or other customers at risk; where we reasonably can, we will warn you first. When an account closes, we delete its business data and credentials as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Clair is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or that its output will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Clair in the twelve months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Onepath against third-party claims arising from your data, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or of a third party's rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Clair after that date means you accept the updated terms.
General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order, are the whole agreement about Clair. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Neither party may assign this agreement without the other's consent, except to a successor in a merger or sale of the business. Notices to us go to [email protected].
